Extruded Aluminium Low Leakage Volume Control Damper with aero-foil opposed blades and nylon gears system outside air stream, with optional motorized actuator.

DESCRIPTION

  • Frame and blades are of high quality extruded aluminium profiled construction with the advantages of corrosion resistance and rigidity.
  • Double skinned aerofoil blades are standard.
  • Blades are coupled by toothed nylon gears which provides opposed blade operation.
  • Gear operation system is located outside of air stream.
  • Hand locking quadrant is provided with clear open/ close indication and three intermediate open positions (1/4 – 1/2 – 3/4).
  • Optional: can be provided with a motorised actuator of any make.
  • Gasket can be fixed in between blades for low leakage applications.
  • Surface finish is natural mill finish as standard. Powder coating or anodizing can be done as per requirement.
  • Frame size: 125mm depth and standard flange height of 40mm.
  • Drive shaft: Electro-plated square rod of size 12mm x 12mm.
  • Bushings: Self-lubricating nylon bushings.
